Shipping & Processing TimesWe are pleased to offer flat-fee worldwide shipping for €9.90. That means that you can shop as much as you want and your shipping costs remain the same. All orders will be sent by An Post registered post.Your order will come with a tracking number and it will need to be signed upon delivery.We are not responsible for the orders once they have been shipped and we cannot guarantee a delivery date, so we advise to order in advance to ensure there is plenty of time to process and made the order and post to arrive. According to An Post information, postage takes about 2 working days within Ireland and up to 15 working days for international delivery depending on the country. Capital city addresses tend to incur faster delivery times, than non-capital cities. Orders in stock will be processed and posted within 3 working days. Custom pieces or items that we need to make usually take an average of 4 days to be produced (or longer depending on demand), so please bear this in mind when placing your order. If you order is urgent please make a comment at check-out and we will endeavor to process it as early as possible. ThunderSolas Ltd. will not be held responsible for any additional duties/taxes incurred by your country, so please check with your local Customs for any restrictions and charges. Should you refuse to pay any additional charges and your order is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct these costs from your refund or exchange. Postage fee is non-refundable. All products are carefully packed to best protect the goods. How to choose the size of a the bracelet or cuff ?Ordering bracelets is easier if you know your correct wrist size. These simple instructions tell you how to measure your wrist properly so you can be sure your bracelets will fit right. Using a flexible measuring tape*, Measure just above (towards elbow) the wrist bone, then add 0.5cm to 2cm (1cm is average) depending on how tight you like your bracelets to fit. That is the size bracelet you would wear. Remember: leather is an organic material that will expand a little with wear, so bear that in mind! *TIP: If you don’t have a tape measure handy, use a strip of paper or thin string, and mark it where it overlaps on your wrist. Then lay the strip flat to measure up to the mark using any ruler. Why it’s important to use a flat tape measure or small string or strip of paper? With bracelets the actual length is not what is a concern, it’s the inner diameter when latched shut. That’s because the stainless steel pieces themselves take up space on the inside circumference. That makes making the inside measurement smaller than the length when laid out flat. What is needed to actually wear a bracelet is for the inner diameter to match the outer circumference of your wrist. That’s why we ask people to use a tape measure, strip of paper, or small string – it’s not bulky, so the inner circumference is virtually the same as the lengthy when laid flat. Using bulky things to measure (like other bracelets, beaded things, chains, etc.) causes the problem of the length when laid flat not being the same as the inner circumference when worn. What do your sizes represent in terms of wrist sizes? X-small 18cm Small 19cm Medium 20cm Large 21cm X-Large 22cm How can to decide on the size when ordering a bracelet for a gift? Based on our sales in the shop, where we meet the customers and discuss sizes for gifts, the most popular sizes per gender are: Women: X-SMALL | SMALL | MEDIUM Men: MEDIUM | LARGE | X-LARGE * TIP: Think about your wrist compared to the one of the person you will give the gift. Do you need the same size as yours or something slightly bigger or smaller? It always helps our customers when making the decision in the shop for their gifts! The size I am looking for is not on the drop-down menu, what should I do? There are certain styles of bracelets that we sell on our website that only come in certain sizes. In case you are looking for a particular bracelet and your size is not displayed, please contact us. Custom Cuffs All custom cuffs are made to order according to your specification, you design it and we create it. The advantage with the cuffs, is that they all come with 2 sizes as the rivets that close them can be moved to difference holes, so that will give you an extra size per cuff (or even 3 sizes if requested). What materials do we use?Leather All of our leather is 100% Cow Hide. The natural beauty of leather is enhanced by subtle differences in colour, grain and texture. Jewellery & Cuffs All of our products are nickel free. The main metal we use is stainless-steel. Customised Plaques (Engraved) The materials used on the plaques for the customised cuffs or to be attached to any other piece of the collection are as follows: COPPER | BRASS | STAINLESS STEEL. They can be treated to have different finishes, from a polished one to a vintage/antique look. Tips for Leather Care Leather is not a water proof material due to its organic nature. To keep your leather jewellery looking its best, we recommend that you remove it when bathing, swimming and when using any harsh chemicals, lotions or perfumes. Remove when engaged in strenuous activities as leather may absorb perspiration. Avoid contact with liquids, chemical dips, or aerosols which could cause discoloration or damage to leather. In case the leather gets too wet – we hope not : ) – dry it slowly. Speed drying leather changes its chemical structure, so room temperature with gentle air works better than direct heater time. And keep it in the shape you want it to end up. If leather gets too dry: rub something moist into it, pick a proper leather dressing or cream. If leather gets dirty: Just use a damp cloth. You don’t want to be putting any soaps or foreign substances onto your leather. Leather stretches out, but not back: If you start to overfill a wallet/purse/bag, it will never really return to it’s former self. If you stretch a leather bag when wet or very humid, it will move even faster. Just learn to carry the right amount, and this takes care of itself. Use the dust bag that comes with your bag to store your leather bags in. Store them in a cool dry place and do not stack the bags on top of one another. Let them rest on their bottoms so they will retain their shapes. You can also stuff your bag with newspapers or other kinds of stuffing so they will not get deformed on storage. Caring for your products As our products are hand-made crafts, they should be cared for properly. All jewellery should not be pulled too hard to prevent unnecessary strain on the parts, that is why it is important to choose the right size when making your purchase rather the trying to make it go beyond its limits (please refer to the “SIZES SECTION”). Nevertheless, our products will get wear-and-tear by time and as you take it to its life journey with you, specially the leather.

Payment All prices quoted on our website are in Euro (EUR) and are Goods & Services Tax (23%) inclusive. All purchases will be charged in Euro only. Please be aware that your bank and/or credit card company may charge you a currency conversion fee. Please check with your banking institution for any fees you may incur prior to placing your order as we are not responsible for any additional fees charged to you by any third party. Quality Control ThunderSolas strives to offer high quality products. All products are meticulously checked before being shipped to ensure they are in perfect condition. They are then carefully packed in bubble-wrap for protection throughout their journey to you! As leather is an organic natural material, there are grains on the product that are not considered marks as they are part of the leather skin. Returns & Exchanges Your satisfaction is our highest priority so it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly issue an exchange to another product or issue a credit note (valid for 6 months from date of issue) provided that the following conditions are met: 1. All items must be in 100% new condition, unworn, unaltered and in original packing. The condition of returned items will be determined by ThunderSolas. 2. We are notified of your intention to exchange or return by email within seven (7) days of the date of delivery. 3. You follow our instructions sent to you via email for the return of the item/s. 4. Your return must be received by us within ten (10) days of the date of delivery within Ireland, if international then fourteen (14) days, no slower than registered air mail. 5. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty (please see ‘Quality Control Section’ abovementioned), please contact us immediately upon arrival of your parcel. Please note, returned items must be packaged safely and securely as we cannot accept returns that have been damaged through postage. All returned items to be sent to ThunderSolas Ltd. 2 Cows Lane Dublin 8 Ireland The return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer. Furthermore the processing of your exchange may take up to ten (10) days, after we have received the original goods. ThunderSolas reserves the right not to exchange a product that has been damaged or broken due to mishandling of the product. Please refer to section ‘Caring for your products’ under the Materials tab on the menu. We will be happy to repair whenever possible – costs of postage will be incurred by customer.
